Said to accommodate the largest dia in the industry, the servo-driven system is suitable for both loose containers and multipacks in a variety of materials including glass, PET, HDPE, metal and fiber cans, ring carriers, shrink bundles, and paperboard overwrap. Customers may choose between free-standing or integrated shrink wrapper, as well as an integrated tray-stacker option. Operates at speeds to 100 trays/min and provides a smooth transition during the product/tray merge. Quick changeover involves minimal change parts that require no tools. Also offers Zero-Gap infeed technology for balanced, jam-resistant packing lanes.
