Robotic loader/unloader

Goodman Packaging (Waukegan, IL) has released the Odyssey robotic loading and unloading system to pack flexible or rigid packages, like case-ready meat or poultry trays, into or out of any shipping container.

By ,

Machine moves the container into position while the robotic loading head remains stationary.

Machine can run up to 50 pick-and-place strokes/min matching speed of overwrappers. Includes machine changeover of less than 2 min.
