RSI ID Technologies: Tamper-evident RFID tags

New class of TE RFID tags from RSI ID Technologies include a destructible RFID tag that, upon visual inspection, looks and is programmed the same as standard construction tags, but once applied to the product the tag comes apart upon attempted removal.

Other tags offer additional levels of security ranging from the ability to leave behind part of an RFID antenna to incorporating a TE material construction, which when removed, leaves behind a residual adhesive or an image to indicate tampering.
