Modular labeling system

Diagraph (St. Louis, MO) introduces the ALP/4500 modular labeling system that will eventually allow packaging customers a choice of 2 operating modes.

Initially system will provide print-and-apply labeling at a rate of 55 packs/ min. In the future with the planned introduction of a stepper motor module the system will be able to perform as a high-speed label applicator at a rate of up to 1800”/min. The system prints labels containing variable information such as alphanumeric messages bar codes and graphics. Labels can be as large as 4”x13”.
