The new Modular Plus labeler from P.E. USA, Inc., allows modules and/or trolley and fixed stations to be chosen before, during or after purchase, for all technologies: cold glue, hot-melt, self-adhesive (even no-stop), and roll-fed.

Modular Plus is available in two versions. The first, for mid to low speeds, has been designed for small to mid-size wineries and oil mills, allowing them the maximum flexibility with a reasonable investment. The second version, for large-size operations, achieves speeds up to 72.000 bph (1,200/min.). Equipped with servomotors with integrated drive for plates rotation. Also available is an electronic cam system, programmable by a touch screen “visual cam” panel. The cam system can be integrated with optical spotting systems and cameras, to assist when labeling unique containers.
