Poly-Clip’s (Mundelein, IL) ES 5000 labeling system complements a double-clipping machine used for sealing the casing of products like sausage and turkeys.
The ES 5000 prints and then automatically inserts and fastens the label to the casing with the clips. Though they vary with the size of the product being wrapped and sealed speeds of approximately 140 products/min can be accomplished. The label printer and clipper are easily integrated via a cable.
