Hewlett-Packard (Palo Alto, CA) released its HP Indigo Press ws4000, a 7-color label press designed to cost effectively produce short and medium runs of high-quality labels on demand.

All-digital workflow eliminates time spent on films plates and set up. Throughput is enhanced with a Series II print engine which enables the press to reach print speeds of 52.5’/min for full-color labels or 105’/min for 2-color labels. Offers a variety of compatible finishing processes from digital die-cutting and UV over-varnish to cold-foil stamping.
