The new Label-Aire® Model 311 HS from Label-Aire uses high-speed, air-blow, p-s technology to label 1,000 products/min.
The company’s air-blow technology retains the label by vacuum on a honeycomb applicator grid until the precise moment the product passes under the grid. Peel-tip sensing ensures repeatable label placement accuracy. System also features a DC servo, which allows the unit to handle 5,000” of web/min at peak velocity. Unit may be mounted in almost any position adjacent to the production line to apply labels to the tops, sides, or bottoms of products.
