The SurePress L-4033A is designed for label converters taking the first steps into digital printing or expanding their existing digital printing capacity.  The L-4033A efficiently and profitably provides fast turnaround, low volume, and multiple version label jobs. It prints on a range of off-the-shelf substrates up to 13-in. wide and at speeds up to 16 ft./min.  It also fits easily into existing digital workflows. SurePress uses the company’s MicroPiezo ink jet technology and newly-developed six-color, water-based, pigment inks to ensure consistent and high-quality results.

Delivering quality printing and accurate color reproduction on a wide variety of standard label substrates, the L-4033AW enables label converters and commercial printers to expand their service.  The SurePress L-4033AW uses SurePress AQ seven color ink technology with new White ink, which can be printed first or last, for solid, opaque white printing on materials such as clear film and metallic substrates. To deliver precise color matching and accurate reproduction of spot and specialty colors, Epson SurePress AQ ink set also includes Green and Orange inks for higher saturation and true-to-life shades for more eye-catching labels. In addition, the model also uses the company’s MicroPiezo ink jet technology to deliver accurate dot shape and placement for high-end color quality and sharp detail, critical for barcodes and small text.
