Built with solid state photo sensors, the dispensers increase speed and accuracy along production lines and are designed to perform anywhere labels are being applied. Dispensers automatically advance labels, separate them from their lining, and position each label for the operator to remove. As soon as the operator takes the label, the photo sensor detects its absence, the spool is wound forward, and the next label is presented for removal. Line includes machines that dispense labels with sizes ranging from .125" to 12" in L and from .25" to 8" W, depending upon the model number selected.
