Olive NJ) has signed a distribution agreement with the general polymers div. of Ashland Distribution Co. (Dublin OH) to be a distributor of its general-purpose high-impact and Avantra specialty polystyrene molding and extrusion resins in the United States and Canada. JMD Manufacturing Inc. (Valencia CA) has signed a private-label purchase agreement with 3M (St. Paul MN) which will give 3M exclusive worldwide rights to sell and distribute APTIs products. Southcorp Packaging USA Inc.
