The number of counting-head modules on the Cremer CF-425 can vary from 3 to 10. Typical output ranges from 90 to 300 bottles per minute, based on 100-count bottles. The CF-425 achieves this high throughput in 40 percent less floorspace. Other features include full control on all motions, easier operation with fewer parameters, electrically controlled enclosure over the counting modules and improved system efficiency.
