The new Seal Integrity Tester from ASI Plastics is a robust clear acrylic chamber built for continuous visual bubble leak testing of packaging seals on the production line.

The unit has a built-in vacuum ejector requiring only compressed air to function; no external vacuum pump is needed.
To test packaging attach local compressed air to the chamber and add the required amount of water to the unit. It takes less than a minute for the operator to perform a vacuum test. Simply place the package in the chamber, close the lid and apply the vacuum. Once the chamber reaches the required setting, check for bubbles that would indicate a failed seal.
