New Ishida checkweighers deliver accuracy & versatility

Ishida’s all-stainless steel DACS-G series checkweighers are available for a wide range of product weights, and dry or washdown applications. Ishida’s proprietary double-beam load cell and noise reduction technology deliver consistently precise verification of weight or product count. Dual-range weighing capacity can be changed from 600g to 1,500g (DACS-G-S015) and 3,000g to 6,000g (DACS-G-S060). Ultra-precise inspection ranges from 0.1g to 6kg. Models are available with IP-69K washdown and IP-30 ratings. Fast, accurate product changeovers are accomplished by simply selecting operating presets stored in memory. No-tools removal of conveyor belts and the open design of the stainless steel framework reduces sanitation costs. Flash memory allows simple off-line reporting and management of production data. For an integrated packaging system, DACS-G checkweighers can be combined with Ishida multihead weighers, CEIA metal detectors, and Ishida X-ray inspection systems.
