Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed, Inc: Small Footprint - IP54 Construction
The Hi-Speed S2 checkweigher is designed for superior accuracy in a wide variety of applications. It incorporates proven dynamic weighing technology combined with the latest user-friendly, touch-screen operator controls.
Backed by Hi-Speed's reputation for quality and service support the S2 is the checkweigher to join your validated packaging line.
Crafted of stainless steel and anodized aluminum the S2 features a clean cantilevered frame designed to offer quick height adjustments in the field and easy cleaning underneath.
The force restoration weigh cell provides unparalleled accuracy down to 20 mg enabling the detection of missing tablets leaflets or blister packs and providing the feedback necessary to precisely control the filling of powders or liquids. An optional validation package is available to help you get your line started quickly and easily.
The intuitive object-oriented screens coupled with a highly responsive color touch screen allow operators to quickly become familiar with the system and become "power users." Two tachometers give the operator quick feedback and a relative measure for data such as average package weight and package throughput enabling them to make quick adjustment decisions.
Production reports are available based on hourly shift or batch time periods providing accurate and timely information.
The S2 is expandable and easily upgradeable through the use of modular electronics and software. Features such as filler feedback alarms or communications can be added in minutes by installing a new module and downloading a new program into its memory by one of our factory trained technicians located nationwide. Should the need for spare parts arise Hi-Speed's overnight delivery system will keep your operation running.
