Metal Detector Verification

Mettler-Toledo Safeline offers a full line of metal detector performance verification samples and kits, allowing plant personnel to easily ensure that product quality standards are being met.

Samples are carefully assembled under laboratory conditions with precision test spheres in Chrome (ferrous), Brass (non-ferrous), Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, and Stainless Steel 440. Spheres may be assembled into laminated cards, sticks, wands, tablets, disks, balls, and plugs, depending on metal detector style and testing protocol.
