David Batten and Doreen McCarthy have joined Constar as regional account managers for Constar.

Luke Barber was named business development manager for Pro Mach, Inc.

Bryan Cox was appointed staff engineer for Pharma Tech Industries.

John Hayes will become chief executive officer of Ball Corp. at its January 2011 board of directors meeting, as R. David Hoover retires as current CEO but will remain chairman of the board.

Jim Fields was appointed South Central sales manager for Shuttleworth Inc.

Hytrol Conveyor Co. added Chuck Waddle as vice president of business development.
