DuPont Packaging (Wilmington, DE) and Teknor Apex (Pawtucket, RI) have formed a strategic alliance to jointly develop, manufacture and market cap liner compounds for the Americas.
Honeywell (Phoenix AZ) will sell its web inspection business to Cognex Corp. (Natick MA) and form an exclusive alliance with Cognex to provide web inspection systems to Honeywell customers worldwide. Rexam Closures & Containers (Evansville IN) has joined forces with Setco Inc. (Anaheim CA) in a partnership that will expand the cos. role as worldwide suppliers to healthcare customers. Teklynx Intl. (Milwaukee WI) and Zebra Technologies Corp. (Vernon Hills IL) have signed an agreement that will enable Zebra to use Teklynxs modular multilanguage software architecture. Westvaco Corp. (New York NY) has licensed the rights to market Nocopoi Technologies (West Conshohocken PA) patented authentication anti-counterfeit and anti-diversion process for primary and secondary packaging. AGR Intl. Inc. (Butler PA) has purchased the majority interest in TopWave Industries Ltd. (Marietta GA).
