Checkweigher line

Thermo Electron (Minneapolis, MN) offers the Ramsey AutoChecker checkweigher series (with the AC4 and AC9 in general purpose versions) with high-speed capability for lines operating at up to 700 containers/min.

AutoChecker series of checkweighers incorporates FDA-approved lightweight plastic belts. Engineered as ultra-low vibration units the series offers quick-release belts that allow for efficient cleaning and a fast-release mechanism that enables belts to be changed in less than a minute.
