CS3400 Caseweigh™The Hi-Speed CS3400 Caseweigh™ is a rugged in-motion scale for weighing large packages such as boxes, cartons, cases, bags, or sacks.
Its proven design delivers accurate and repeatable weights while a wide variety of accessories allow it to be tailored to specific application needs. The robust frame and conveyor construction withstands the impact of heavy packages so the system is ideal for tough environments. Optional stainless steel construction and hazardous area versions are also available.Convenient access to all major components for easy inspection cleaning and maintenance is provided while the Hi-Speed belt design makes tracking tensioning and change out fast and simple. A Micromate® controller is standard with each CS3400 Caseweigh™; simple operation reduces operator training and line changeover requirements while delivering superior performance and value.The Hi-Speed CS3400 Caseweigh™ is designed to weigh uniform packages which are timed and spaced appropriately for checkweighing operations. The system is also flexible enough to be configured to capture and output weights of random sized packages when checkweighing is not required. An optional infeed conveyor can be provided to create the necessary product spacing while an optional discharge conveyor can be supplied for an integrated reject station to handle non-conforming packages.The CS3400 Caseweigh™ is supplied as standard with the full featured Micromate® controller. The optional Micromate+™ adds a statistics program alarms group and enhanced reporting package to the system. A Checkmate® series controller is available for users who may require up to 150 product set-ups multi-scale control additional statistics capabilities or enhanced control functionality such as filler feedback for single or multiple fill head applications
