Zip-Pak has announced that UVA Pkg. is the first to launch vf/f/s technology that applies slider zippers to corner-sealed and block bottom bags. Available worldwide, the Newton 400 is capable of producing more than 6 different types of flexible packages.
Suitable for pet food powdered products and frozen food packages ranging from 41¼2 to 151¼5 lb Newton 400 uses ZIP-PAK® TD SLIDER™ technology with zippers applied across the top “short” side of a package in the transverse or cross-web direction. Operators can easily switch between corner-sealed block bottom bottom seal pillow air deflation and B-I-B. formats without the use of tools allowing for minimal downtime.
