Equipped with a 5-axes servo system, the Model PFS-1000 Powder Filling System fills packets with coffee, sugar, creamer, spices, or other dry powders at rates to 200/min.
Suitable for coffee service kits foodservice kits and retail food applications. Offers servo control of filling linear sealing main sealing rotary knife and outfeed placement. Simple machine design and rugged modular construction keeps costs low. For example bearings are external to the filling head to prevent damage from product dust and the drive train is sealed from exposure to the product. It is also designed for quick change to different applications.
