Tropicana Europe: Air conveying/filling/accumulating/labeling/tray packing on aseptic filling lin

At Tropicana Europe’s new plant in Zeebrugge, Belgium, PET bottles are air-conveyed from depalletization to a new aseptic line from Procomac Industries.

Grippers carry bottles by their necks through liquid sterilization rinsing and through starwheels that transport bottles into and out of filling and capping

equipment. After the bottles are discharged from the aseptic area they’re conveyed on their bases through a wall to downstream equipment that includes a spiral accumulator rotary labeler and tray packer.
