Along with its current selection of up-to-date weighing and conveying machinery the company will also display an Ishida combination scale that was first developed in 1972. Heat & Control represents Ishida in the U.S.

According to the company Ishida invented the method of using a combination of smaller weights to achieve a desired total package weight to eliminate batch weighing of bell peppers in Japan. The machine is on loan from Ishida’s museum of scales which contains notable equipment produced in Ishida’s 100-year history.
