Linear filler

Serac’s (Carol Stream, IL) HERA+ is a linear, ultra-clean, volumetric filler designed to process cosmetics. Machine has 8 independent dosing stations; each one is equipped with a magnetically-controlled dosing nozzle, a barrel-plunger assembly without seal, and a diaphragm valve dispenser.

Can be connected to a CIP/SIP operated by compressed water at 120°C. Pistons are motorized and dose parameters can be input from a color touch screen.
