Inline press-on and screw-on capper

The PLC-15FT from PharmaPack US is a versatile press-on and screw-on automatic capper designed for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical, food, beverage, health/beauty, and confection industries that automatically rejects inverted caps to provide continuous product throughput.

With speeds up to 150 bpm, the 15FT’s rugged 304 stainless-steel construction fits easily into existing product lines. Additional features include PLC controls with user-friendly touch screen interface, automatic failure analysis, optional rejection system for “no cap” or “misapplied cap,” optional rejection system for “no foil seal,” and optional vibratory bowl cap feeder.
