Clabber Girl Corp.: Pail filling/capping powdered mixes
On the U-shape production line, the pails are filled and sealed at a rate of about 42 pails/min on equipment from Burghof, sourced by Belcorp. The Burghof machine is topped with an AMS auger filler that dispenses the powdered ingredients with 1% accuracy at a rate of around 42 pails/minPails are denested filled heat-sealed with film overcapped and discharged for case packing. Filling accuracy for the powdered mixes is within 1%.
