Auger filling machines

WeighPack Systems introduced the Star 100 and 200 auger filling machines suitable for filling a variety of granular and powdered products.

Equipped with a servo-driven motor and an integrated PLC function, augers are now more accurate and have a noticeable increase in response time, says company. Featuring automatic feedback adjustment, a finished package can be placed on a scale to be check-weighed, and the auger will automatically stablize any weight deviations. Available in 26- and 50-L hopper and can run at speeds to 80 cycles/min with a filling weight to 1,000 g, depending on model.
