Apotex: Tablet and capsule filling for pharmaceutical bottles

Side-by-side Cremer CF-1220 tablet/capsule fillers gently vibrate solid-dose pills or tablets along multiple channels of horizontally positioned vibratory trays.

Pills then drop through two funnels—one for each of two lines—into bottles that are conveyed single-file under the funnels. Each of the two units fills 60 bottle/min, 120/min combined. The Cremer units used by Apotex were distributed through NJM/CLI.
