Model 21 Carton Stand-up Device from Garvey (Blue Anchor, NJ) continuously reorients cartons or cases exiting a horizontal cartoner. Offering completely variable speed, it runs from 20- to 300-plus cartons/min.
The unit's conveyor feed and side belt can be configured to handle a wide range of carton sizes; no-tool changeover is accomplished with a hand knob. Unit requires no mechanisms for reorienting product or for indexing or timing the infeed. Suitable for food pharmaceutical and cosmetics packages.
