Dorner offers its new AquaPruf 7600 Ultimate Conveyor Series that comes with a positive-driven Mol Industries® USDA-approved solid urethane belt for smooth, consistent operation in wet, humid environments.
Positive-driven urethane belt will not stretch due to humid conditions, and has no bacteria-harboring hinges or pins. Conveyor platform is designed with solid stainless-steel rounded cross-members to eliminate surfaces where bacteria can form. It is driven by sprockets that eliminate belt slippage in moisture. Other features include: tool-less tip-up pulley for quick release of belt tension and fast cleaning, stainless-steel bed plate for continuous support, belt scraper for continuous belt cleaning, and more. It is available in lengths between 3' and 40', widths up to 2', and speeds to 233'/min.
