Omega Design Corp.: Bottle unscrambler accommodates serialization

Designed for a variety of bottles used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and personal healthcare industries, the cost-efficient LCX Unscrambler from Omega Design Corporation can handle over 300 bpm.

Easily integrated into new and existing packaging lines, the machine is available in several different configurations.  The LCX’s rigid, robust anodized aluminum frame construction features user-friendly operations and a compact footprint.  Other highlights include an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT) touch screen and bulk supply hopper with elevator.  Options such as an extended discharge conveyor, servo controls, and an integrated ionized air rinser also are available.  Capable of incorporating print and vision processes to meet the growing demand for serialization.
