Multipacker/bundler

Schneider Packaging Equipment (Brewerton, NY) offers the MP-20 multipacker/bundler for single aseptic cartons. Single aseptic cartons are transferred onto the multipacker feed conveyor and divided into balanced lanes.

Unit accepts aseptic cartons of drink boxes or other products and collates them into a bundle inserts a “J” card and shrink wraps them into a bundle using either PE PVC or registered films. Features include stainless steel construction primary motions that are servo-operated for smooth continuous operation and collation of 100-ml to 2-L containers.
