Multi-bag baler
Kliklok-Woodman’s Woodman Vantage™ Multi-Bag Baler is designed to produce multi-bag merchandising for single-serve, 100-calorie snacks, and variety packs for snack foods and low density products. See it at PACK EXPO Booth #S-1601.
The bale may also reduce shipping costs or eliminate the need for
corrugated cases, reducing distribution material waste and disposal.
Features servo motors, quick change features, and off-the shelf
components including an A-B® Micro Insight® HMI. Accepts pillow
pouches directly from vertical bagmakers at speeds from 10 to 100
bags/min and produces up to 15 bales/min. Also includes: infeed
conveyor with VFD drive; debris removal belt; air fill inspection;
self-positioning seam seal assembly; and more.
