Columbia Machine’s (Vancouver, WA) load transfer station transfers pallets and provides high-speed trailer loading capabilities at speeds to 50 loads/hour, including pallet loading time.

Using an LTS configuration that combines a pallet stacker pallet dispenser and an output conveyor system increases trailer-loading speed and reduces forklift waiting time. One driver can feed loads to the LTS while a forklift can pick up loads from the output conveyor. The pallet dispenser handles 20 GMA pallets or 17 CHEP pallets.
