Lepel Corporation: Induction cap sealer
The CSplus induction capsealing system from Lepel (Waukesha, WI), said to be the first self-cooled system with no fans, no water, and no moving parts, now provides a motion sensing option.
It detects and responds to various conditions—stalled bottle misaligned bottle conveyor-speed problems—that could adversely affect sealing capabilities. The motion sensing system contained inside the sealing head to eliminate any mounting or adjustments is said to be easy to operate.
