Leak detection aid

To improve the detection of micro-leakers during carbonated beverage production, Heuft USA (Downers Grove, IL) offers its ultrasonic package stimulation device called the Heuft Exciter.

System identifies micro-leakers by inducing product loss during rapid and vigorous content stimulation. Standard uses would be bottles or cans filled with carbonated beverages. System attaches to the existing process conveyor upstream of the fill-level detection system.
