New from Hartness Conveyor Systems is the Bottom GripVeyor, designed to convey empty, unstable bottles at speeds as high as 200’/min while gripping the bottles by the base.

Bottles are gripped with specially designed grippers that can be custom set for each application. The technology is suitable for empty footed bottles that would typically require a puck. Design features fewer controls and guard rails and allows for automatic line changeovers.
