New Columbia Palletizer Offers High-speed/Soft-handling PerformanceThe new HL7000 high-level palletizer from Columbia Machine offers an economical solution for plants that require medium- to high-speed handling of odd-shaped and/or delicate products.
The soft-turning in-line conveyor configuration effectively manipulates a wide range of case sizes into a variety of stacking patterns. This makes the palletizer ideally suited for many "hard to handle" products including food and beverages paper chemicals and more.
Like all Columbia machinery the HL7000 features rugged heavy-duty construction. At the same time it is designed to provide a cost-effective means for plants to palletize at speeds between 70 and 90 cases per minute (CPM).
