Bulk bag discharger

A new bulk bag discharger from Flexicon (Phillipsburg, NJ) delivers bulk material directly into containers, filling machines or process equipment in preselected amounts.

A weigh batch filling head is mounted on load cells to allow the controller to step down conveyor speeds to achieve an accurate batch weight. The discharger is equipped with a hopper intake chute and flow control valve for rapid dust-free untying and retying of bulk bags.
