George Gordon Assoc., Inc: Towel Converting System
The TCS-3000 Towel Converting System is an automated non-woven towel converting system that will make and place or make and stack from a 48 inch roll of material.
As the latest introduction from George Gordon Associates Inc. the system brings rugged design for high efficiency and low ownership cost. In conservative floor space the TCS produces folded towels from 12" x 12" up to 24" x 24" with various non-woven materials. Cut-off length may be varied from 12" up to 24" with an easy mechanical changeover. A series of precision air jets make the cross fold with no moving parts for easy maintenance. The new single lane simplified horizontal stacking system will collect and stack towels up to twenty-five (25) depending on the material.
Other improvements include safety items web support tracking and tension control. Low cost and flexibility for specialty non-woven applications characterize the system.
