Aoki Laboratory America: Stretch/blow-molder
The SBIII-350LL-40 direct heat conditioning stretch/blow-molding machine from Aoki Laboratory America (Elk Grove Village, IL) produces narrow-necked, oval, round, square and cone-shaped bottles from PET, PE, PEN and PP resins.
Available with up to 12 cavities. A 10-cavity machine for example is said to produce up to 3 500-cc bottles/hr. Company says the single-stage process saves energy costs compared to a two-stage system.
