FoxJet, An ITW Company: Integrated valve print head

Delivering a compact code with sharp definition on both case coding and primary product marking, FoxJet’s VX12 print head prints up to 1⁄2-in. high, including two lines of stacked print, and print speeds up to 650 ft./min.

The VX12 system is capable of running up to 4 print heads, at any angel, from the same easy-to-use color touch screen controller. The low-cost single head system can be expanded when printing is required on both sides of the product. Included are a number of single and bold version fonts: 5, 7, 9, and 12 dots.

Porous and nonporous inks are available for this system in a canister or bulk form. Thrifty ink consumption provides an economical and versatile printer.  The VX12 system is ruggedly made from a durable, sealed aluminum extrusion.
