Falcon Belting's (Oklahoma City, OK) patented new C-17 chain uses LFS(TM) (low friction surface) technology to permit products to slide along a conveyor line with fewer lockups and less product damage.

Krones (Franklin, WI) introduces Thermocol, a patent-pending heat transfer container decorating system. An alternative to p-s and applied ceramic labeling, the process uses Krones' Autocol rotary labeler to transfer high-impact graphics, including photos and half-tones, from a web onto glass, plastic or metal containers at rates to 500/min.

Form Plastics (St. Charles, IL) has introduced Kiss-Seal cold-seal equipment, a cost effective system for lunch tray preparation and packaging. It consists of uniquely designed plastic trays, a tray sealing machine and a variable-speed conveyor.
