One of the first two drugs launched is BD Simplist™ Metoclopramide Injection, USP. Wraparound case packer

Cermex’s (Norcross, GA) WB 45 wraparound case packer is assembled on a central beam. The beam supports the bracket chain that transfers the case blank, to which is attached the product infeed part.

This does away with retention zones and gives ground-level access to the machine. Also features low-level case magazine to facilitate restocking and automatic tripping of the bracket chain to enable quick format changeovers. Speeds to 24 cases/min depending on the product collation. Suitable for food and beverage pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
