MAP Systems' (Des Plaines, IL) new MS-55 tabletop vacuumless gas flush tray sealer is designed for hermetically sealed home meal replacement packaging.

Its features include PLC operating sequences pre-set recipe memory system and electronically adjustable seal-plate temperature. Large one-up packages run at 5 to 10/min; smaller multiple-up packages run at faster speeds.
