The high-speed TP-50 tray packer from Kayat Eng. (Edgewater, FL) collates and packs bottles, jars, cans and tapered tubs at speeds to 65 trays/min.
A unique hopper for flat tray blanks uses a high-volume bellows-style vacuum pick system that increases the capacity of the tray feeder thereby reducing downtime. Quick changeovers take as little as 10 min says the company.
