The modular design allows for the erecting of the corrugate blank via tape or glue, laning of the product, loading of the product and closing of the case with tape or glue. With speeds up to 20 cases per minute, this Allen Bradley controlled system is ideally suited for the loading of cups, bottles, tubs, cartons, etc. Some of the many features of the VCP-120 include standard stainless-steel construction, AB Control Logix controls and AB Panelview HMI for user friendly operation, modular design allows for adding adhesive or tape erector and closer, and Seiko readouts for easy and repeatable case changeover. A new top load case packer designed for sanitary packaging applications will be available for demonstration at Pack Expo Las Vegas and the World Wide Food Expo.
