Polybag-In-Box System
The new Superliner SL330 from O/K International makes a bag from a roll of continuous gusseted PE tubing, inserts the bag into a shipping container, opens the bag, and cuffs it over the edges.
Machine's features include quick and easy size changeover, easy and fast roll changes, high efficiency bag opening, adjustable bag length, compact design, and stainless-steel finish. Machine can accommodate sizes of cases, crates, drums, pails, and trays from 10"x8"x4" to 24"x18"x20". The bag length ranges is from 16" to 46". The standard machine runs up to 18 cycles/min while the servo machine runs up to 25 cycles/min.
