The applicator machine includes an integrated Autofill vacuum feeder a char-free 200-degree F case and carton sealing hot melt adhesive new hoses nozzles and modules and a hot-melt storage bin. The system also has a three-year warranty on replacement parts such as nozzles modules and filters. This system was specifically designed to eliminate the problems packaging line operators experience with traditional 350-degree F hot-melts and their application equipment. By eliminating char the largest single cause of adhesive application malfunctions downtime and slowed production periods are greatly reduced. And because the adhesive has an operating temperature 150-degree F lower than traditional hot melts it provides a greater margin of safety for operator and maintenance staff.
